The second iteration of our very first beer, except this time we've increased the abv and used more than double the amount of mango! Fermented with Sacc Brux Trois + Lactobacillus, and matured on 250g/L of the finest Mango Puree. A juicy, fruit forward sour with a subtle acidity.
